Comment rester sans voix .Nous sommes venus visiter le village de Cipières et arrivé l’heure du midi nous décidons de déjeuner au Bistrot Gourmand Les Ormeaux. Des nôtres arrivés nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Mr Michel c’est avec surprise qu’il nous a offert l’apéro avec kir, tranches de rosettes et tartines de tsatziki tous les plats sont fait maison par Madame Margareta et avec amours. L’impression d’être à l’époque entouré de gens bienveillants qui ne sont pas là pour faire de l’argent mais l’esprit de faire plaisir gustativement et chaleureusement. J’en suis arrivé ému et reparti avec pleins d’émotions en me rappelant mes grands parents et comme notre France est encore belle. Merci à vous et votre authenticité.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Thanks for every thing. The wonderful food, service , the atmosphere. This is real cooking from the heart out to the fingertips. So mush love and traditional cooking. I was in a romantic French movie for 2 hour. I didn’t wanted to leave. We went up the mountains from Juan les pins only to visit La cuisine de Margareta. Les ormeaux. Excellent. Don’t miss this lovely place . You have to book in advance. But you can try to call 2-3 day before to. Lovely couple.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés un peu par hasard sur notre route, une très belle surprise plongée dans le temps, un bel accueil avec un apéritif offert, 3 plats proposés, du fait maison à l’ancienne… un régal avec des produits 100% du terroir. Une pépite !

Très belle découverte dans ce joli village de cipieres. Madame est en cuisine, un vrai cordon bleu, monsieur sert. Assiettes copieuses et goûteuses. Le lapin était délicieux. Un restaurant comme on les aime, peu de tables, très agréable. A refaire sans hésiter.

The best little restaurant off the cote d'azur. Margherita is one of the best cooks I know! I have been so many times and I have NEVER had a bad meal! Normally a salad to start followed by a choice of two main courses! Homemade desserts are a must try! Michel has a gift for finding off the grid wines!

We picked Cipières at random for a day trip out of Nice, where we live. Wondering if there was a restaurant there, and not expecting much, we found Les Ormeaux. What a wonderful surprise to be welcomed without a reservation. The food was absolutely wonderful, but the warm and welcoming atmosphere makes it a must. I don't think we've had a better meal in France.

Très belle surprise que ce chouette restaurant tenu par Madame et Monsieur, Madame à la cuisine et Monsieur au service Un accueil vraiment sympa et généreux, dans une toute petite salle (réservation conseillée) sous un orage battant. Cuisine du jour, fait maison et produits locaux. Prix très doux, a mon sens, 55 € a deux , apéro offert, un plat , un dessert chacun et les cafés. Excellent, et un très bon moment avec l'accueil des propriétaires et leur lieu décoré de mille et uns details, un tas de photos de vedettes et d'inconnus . On sent le vécu et l'expérience.
